How to match the right herbs and spices to your recipes

Having a list of herbs and spices in your kitchen is a great idea. I tape a handy reference inside a cupboard. It inspires me to try new herbs and spices in dishes. It also helps reduce fat, sugar, and other not-so-good additives to your meals by using herbs to flavor them instead.
