The Art of Mixology Cozy Cocktails: Fall in Love with More than 75 Boozy Brews

A cocktail that tastes like adventure in a glass.

We’re always chasing great stories, cold drinks, and unforgettable bar moments — so this week’s On the Bar Fly Drink of the WeekĀ is inspired by our favorite way to explore: one sip at a time.

Meet The Tipsy Traveler — a citrus-meets-spice cocktail that’s smooth, sassy, and just the right amount of trouble.

āœˆļø The Tipsy Traveler Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1½ oz spiced rum

  • ½ oz Grand Marnier (or triple sec)

  • 1 oz pineapple juice

  • ¾ oz lime juice (fresh is best)

  • ½ oz honey syrup (equal parts honey + hot water, stirred smooth)

  • Dash of bitters

  • Garnish: dehydrated orange slice or lime wheel

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake like you mean it (you’re on vacation, after all).

  3. Strain into a chilled coupe or over fresh ice in a rocks glass.

  4. Garnish and raise your glass to your next adventure.

🌓 Why We Love It

The Tipsy TravelerĀ is sunshine with an edge — bright, tangy, and just boozy enough to make you want to book another trip.

Whether you’re sipping seaside, bar-side, or couch-side, it’s a passport in a glass.

šŸ» Bar Fly Tip

Want to give it a local twist? Swap spiced rum for your favorite regional spirit — like a Canadian rye or Caribbean dark rum — and rename it after your latest stop. Because every good drink deserves a story.
