Our Order: 3 BRASSEURS BURGER: Fresh 100% beef burger with our house-made maple amber beer sauce, smoked Gouda, and bacon. Garnished with lettuce, tomato, and onion. REUBEN SANDWICH: Thinly sliced Montréal smoked meat, beer sauerkraut, melted Swiss cheese, and Thousand Island sauce on toasted rye bread.
What we think: This place was very enjoyable. Our waiter was fun and knowledgeable. Helped us with our French also. We were able to sample our beer before ordering a full pint. The place is huge and very accommodating. We sat beside the brewing equipment. The food was amazing and the beer was even better. Their menu suggests the beer that is suited best for your choice of food.
